When placing your order an email will be sent to hello@randrweddingsandevents.co.uk.
You will be sent a proof and invoice to the email supplied of your board using the wording you submitted on the form. (Do check your junk)
Please allow up to 48 hours for your proof and invoice to be supplied.
Board will not be started until the invoice is paid. Invoices are sent via quickbooks under R&R weddings and events.
The price allows up to 2 amends. If more amends are needed an extra charge may apply
All spelling must be checked by the customer.
Once approved please allow up to 3 weeks for your board to be hand painted and despatched.
Your despatch date will be confirmed once board has been completed.
All costs include delivery via next day courier DPD.
Tracking information will be sent to your email. It is not my responsibility if DPD damage/loss the delivery. In the event of this happening an investigation will be sent to DPD.
No refund will be made till this has been confirmed by the courier.
