This couple took their big day and turned it into a vibrant, high-energy, unforgettable party that perfectly blended their individual styles
—think classic black and white with bold pops of colour, a statement-making backdrop,
and enough disco balls to make Studio 54 jealous.

A perfect blend of styles
One half of the couple loved classic elegance, the other thrived on bright, playful colours—so why choose? Instead, we merged their styles into a stunning combination of black-and-white sophistication with bursts of vibrant hues. The result? A wedding that was stylish yet fun, modern yet full of personality. From monochrome table settings with neon florals to a sleek black-and-white wedding cake, every detail reflected their unique vision.
This wedding wasn’t just about looking amazing—it was also about having fun. With an epic playlist that kept guests on their feet, a cart overflowing with booze making its way around the venue, and the Thames providing the ultimate London backdrop, it was impossible not to be in party mode.
And the food? Domino’s pizza for the win! Yep, the couple opted for something everyone loves for their evening meal—because what’s better than a fresh slice after tearing up the dance floor?
Temporary tattoos were also on hand for guests who wanted a little extra edge to their wedding look (because why not?), and the dance floor was packed from sunset to well into the night.
The styling
Claire and Murray reached out to me and booked me for my Full Whammy Package (now called Atomic Blonde), due to their job roles and being very busy people. They needed someone to come in and take control. I took both their styles and created a moodboard that ticked all the boxes. It had colour and modern vibes throughout, with an added R&R twist to it. I found all the suppliers to bring this to life and managed them throughout the wedding planning process.
The deets
Forget standard wedding arches—this couple went all out with a statement ceremony backdrop featuring oversized, graphic elements, neons and cascading hanging tassels. It created a bold, artistic setting for their vows. We opted for black chairs to bring in the monochrome element to the look and to give it that stylish finish.
After the ceremony, the floral arrangements from the backdrop were cleverly repurposed to adorn the top table, ensuring that the stunning blooms had a second life in the reception setup. This not only kept the venue feeling fresh and cohesive but also added an eco-friendly touch to the celebration.
The reception featured wooden tables styled with an eclectic mix of colourful candles and ornaments, adding a rock n roll twist to the décor. Every table had a personality of its own, reflecting the couple’s fun and edgy style. And the napkins? A personalised touch with their beloved dog Sky printed on them, making sure their furry friend was part of the celebration in spirit.
Now, let’s talk about those disco balls. There were so many—scattered across the venue, glistening in the sunshine, and even tucked into floral arrangements. As the sun set, they cast shimmering reflections all around, setting the perfect mood for a night of dancing.
