The Set Up Package
damn you guys have been busy. a massive high five to you, for getting your hands into wedding design and styling. now, do you fancy a break? do you want to have a chilled lead up to your wedding day?

the 1 hr consultation is an initial chat where you can get to know me a bit more.
this can be via on the phone or zoom.
i get to know you guys and what kind of wedding you are after. i can discuss my packages further too.
after the call i will than put together a quote for you and send this over within 48 hours.
to secure your date with me, a 50% non refundable deposit is required.
a contract will be sent to you, which will include the quote arrangement and payment plans.
you will receive a welcome pack and than all the magic starts. we can get planning your set up!
this is great for me to see the venue and get a feel of how you want me to set it up.
also getting to know if there are any dos and don’ts with the venue.
it’s a great opportunity to chat all things weddings too.
design and concepts
i create a styling guide for you. this will include colours, timings and images
of how the venue will look.
you have final say on all the design and confirmation
you are happy with the finish look.
as part of this package you get free access to my stock.
if additional stock is required i do not source this for you,
but i can offer support and advice on how to make/order the items you need.
management of other suppliers will be down to the couple but i will request contact info for them,
just to make sure we are all on the same page. communication is key :).
keeping in contact
throughout the lead up to your day. you are welcome to contact me with any help you need.
i am here to support you if you are stuck on anything.
if additional planning is required, an additional cost may apply.
now to the big day. i will come in and set up the venue
(this can be the day before or on the day, depending on what the venue allows).
set up includes, ceremony and reception. once i have set up the ceremony.
i will wait and move anything into the reception area if needed.
making sure everything is presently spot on to what we have agreed.
i will make sure everything is cleared down and packed away.
this can be at the end of the wedding or the next day.
again, depending on what the venue allows. any stock of mine will be taken back with me but the rest of the items will be left at the venue packed away for you to easily return home/to the other suppliers.
i will be more than happy to help with this but additional charges may apply.
please note that this package cost is from £350.
please consider these additional costs when booking with me.
travel cost will be extra – this will be added to your quote. First site visit travel is free.
but any travel needed for the event or additional site visits will be added to your price.
if accommodation is needed this will be added to your price.
any returns to suppliers which I will post will be added on.
or we can arrange this between you and the extra suppliers.
i work with you to make sure we make this as cost effective to your budget as we can.
