well hello rockstars! welcome to the low down of my full whammy package.
or in longer terms, start to finish styling, design and set up on for your wedding day.
here at r&r, i want to be able to bring your wedding to life, that not only looks cool as, but really shouts out your personality as a couple. i love breaking the rules and adding a little bit of spice to your wedding styling.
i will literally be your styling buddy throughout this service and we will have some laughs along the way.
so below i have noted all that is included in this service.

the 1 hr consultation is an initial chat where you can get to know me a bit more.
this can be via zoom or on the phone.
i get to know you guys and what kind of wedding you are after.
we dive more into my packages and how i can create your dream wedding.
after the call, I will than put together a bespoke quote for you and send this over within 48 hours.
a quote will be sent to you via email.
this will include a list of services, travel costs, accommodation costs (if needed).
i will also include any additional labour needed before/on the day. – see add ons section for more info. please note if extra props/items are needed to be purchased for the day, this is not included in the price. we can work together to find the best cost effective way to include this in your budget.
to secure your date with me, a 50% non refundable deposit is required.
a contract will be sent to you, which will include the quote arrangement and payment plans.
you will receive a welcome pack and than all the magic starts. we can get planning!
getting to know you!
once you are all booked in, i will send over a quiz for you to fill out,
this is where i get to know you a bit more.
what are your likes and dislikes?
favourite things to eat. and so on.
you can send me your pinterest boards if you have any available.
I will also send you a blank moodboard. which you can fill in colours, materials and vibes.
here we can dig a little deeper into your day. we can get to know what the venue offers.
if there are any dos and don’ts. it’s a great opportunity to planned together. we can buzz off ideas of one another and what will really work well in the space.
design and concepts
once i have the quiz, venue information and your ideal vibes. i create a styling guide for you.
we work together to create one epic moodboard,
which will be our bible for all things styling.
a full styling guide and plan will be created so you visually see what I will set up.
as part of this package you get free access to my stock.
if additional stock is required. i will source this and manage this with the suppliers.
if you have suppliers booked or if i am sourcing them, i will speak with them and make sure all styling works together. makign sure you are including in all discussions.
the contracts with the additional suppliers will be between you and the supplier.
i will organise the management with them. additional costs will apply when outsoucing,
but will also work to your budget. i will also manage timings with them so everything arrives on time.
keeping in contact
throughout the lead up to your day. i will make sure you are always involved as communication is key.
we will schedule in 2 – 1 hr catch up calls on wedding plans and ideas. if your require more site visits – additional costs may apply.
now to the big day. i will come in and set up the venue (this can be the day before or on the day, depending on what the venue allows).
i will manage the supplier deliveries too. set up includes, ceremony and reception. once i have set up the ceremony. I will wait and move anything into the reception area if needed. making sure everything is presently spot on to what we have agreed.
i will make sure everything is cleared down and packed away.
this can be at the end of the wedding or the next day. again,
depending on what the venue allows. i will communicate with any additional
suppliers and manage any admin with them.
if items are required to be return to the suppliers, i will arrange this
but costs may apply on postage.
as part of this package i offer the following design free of charge
1 x a2 birch plywood 6mm thick. hand painted
100 x you rock badges
100 x a6 single sided thank you postcards with white envelopes.
please note that this package cost is from £1700.
please consider these additional costs when booking with me.
travel cost will be extra – this will be added to your quote. first site visit travel is free.
but any travel needed for the event or additional site visits will be added to your price.
if accommodation is needed this will be added to your price.
any returns costs to suppliers which i will post will be added on. or we can arrange this between you and the extra suppliers.
i work with you to make sure we make this as cost effective to your budget as we can.
